We have adapted our services to guarantee you optimal conditions for your holidays :

• The reception, the grocery store and the terrace are open every day from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The restaurant is open. Whenever possible, we serve you on the terrace, in the open air. On rare evenings with bad weather, we limit the crowds to the restaurant in order to respect a distance of at least one meter between each table. So remember to reserve your table ! 

Breakfast is served in the restaurant, buffet style. 

Each accommodation has a kitchen area with the necessary equipment to cook or reheat our take-away meals.

Here, you will not find any swimming pool, with all the risks involved and the noise disadvantages, but a calm river with pure and fresh water, all around the campsite. Le Doux is deep and warm enough to swim in it in summer : up to 24 °C last summer ! Resurgences continuously feed the current and guarantee a good depth, even in the event of drought. We have enlarged the fine sand beach, so that everyone has the necessary space to relax in peace.

• Playground for the little ones, table tennis, trampoline, pétanque court, badminton and volleyball net, board games, library, communal tennis (2 km) 

New wooden games including a large playhouse with slides, walkways and swings... and a small TRAIN, a mini Mastrou, all in wood !

And for older children, a fitness area by the river with 5 secure "body boomers" !

• Some outdoor activities in high season (archery, mölkki, creation of small decorations with simple and natural materials, gardening, discovery of the area)

• A relaxation area to reconnect with nature and enjoy the moment with a hammock, deck chairs, and a reading bench by the water;

• A picnic area to enjoy the pleasure of a meal shared with friends or family

NEW FOR 2026 :

• A WELLNESS AREA ! A unique, all-wood structure with a 4-person SPA, SAUNA, solarium, and shower!

• New sanitary facilities, shower room and toilet for people with reduced capacity, baby bathroom with bath and changing table - Washing machine

The sanitary facilities and reception areas are cleaned and disinfected several times a day. 

• Rental : cot, baby chair, table and chaires, washing machine, gas plancha rental : 8€ a day. Charcoal barbecues and fires are prohibited.

• Ventilation, cleaning and disinfection of all accommodations with a minimum of 4 hours between two occupants (24 hours during the week if possible)

• Reception / Tourist information point : limited leaflets, digital tourist information (on our website, page Activities)

• Start of hiking and biking trails, Arlebosc station 200 m away (the market train stops on Tuesday in July and August), IGN maps and hiking guidebooks at reception

• No lively evenings to ensure your peace, but beautiful starry nights !

TOWARDS MORE RESPONSIBLE TOURISM

Because sustainable development is now an integral part of our lives, we invite you to travel more responsibly : in a smaller group, more human and open to others, less consumer and more respectful of the planet.

For this, on our side, we have set up :

- few pitches but all very large, eco-designed "green" accommodation, mainly in canvas and wood and without air conditioning,

- a wooded park, banks and preserved biodiversity, most of the area is grass and not concrete,

- no swimming pool or noisy entertainment to protect the local population from any noise pollution,

- water and energy saving, solar lighting, waste management (composter and waste sorting),

- fires and barbecue strictly prohibited to avoid any fire, 

- use of cleaning products that are more respectful of the environment,

- our trips to the campsite only by electric cart, bicycle or on foot,

- information on soft mobility solutions near the campsite (hiking, cycling and horseback riding),

- use of food products from the short circuit, list of local producers on our site,

... and even a small aromatic and medicinal garden !

In short, a friendly campsite minimizing its carbon footprint for the benefit of its exceptional environment !

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the campsite have a restaurant?

Yes, there is a restaurant at the entrance to the campsite. It is open every day during the season for breakfast, dinner, and also during the day for coffee, refreshments, or ice cream. You can find the menu here: "Our Services".

Does the campsite have a swimming pool?

No, there is no swimming pool here, to guarantee you a peaceful holiday. However, there is direct and private access to the river, with sandy beaches. The river is always well-fed, even in summer!

Does the campsite have a wellness area?

Yes, the campsite offers a new Spa & Sauna Wellness Area for your relaxation, whether as a couple or with friends. There is also a Relaxation Area at the back of the campsite with sun loungers, a hammock, and a book cabin.

Is the Spa private?

Yes, the wellness area can be booked privately (up to 4 people, ages 16 and up). We strongly recommend booking a time slot before your stay! See rates and conditions here: Wellness Area.

And some accommodations, such as the treehouse and the small finish Kota, have a private spa. 

Is the campsite suitable for a relaxing, peaceful getaway?

Yes, the campsite is very quiet, with no noise pollution, and perfectly suited for relaxing holidays, slow tourism, and disconnecting from the everyday.

Is the campsite suitable for families with children?

Yes, the campsite is safe, away from main roads, and very quiet at night, making it ideal for a peaceful holiday with young children! You'll find wooden play areas, trampolines, slides, plenty of beach and board games, as well as fitness equipment for older children and adults!

Does the campsite allow pets?

Yes, pets are welcome! Cats, dogs (excluding Category 1 breeds), and other small pets (excluding exotic pets) are accepted on all pitches and in all our rental accommodations, except for the Wigwam Dome. We simply ask that they be sociable with other animals and kept on a leash near common areas.

Are sheets and towels provided?

We provide mattress protectors, duvets, blankets, and pillows, but not sheets and towels. However, you can rent them on site. Remember to reserve them!

Where are the nearest shops?

You'll find a small convenience store locally, offering fresh bread and pastries every morning, as well as some fresh, local produce. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away, and other shops and supermarkets are 12 km away. So plan accordingly!

What can we do nearby?

On-site: swimming, fishing, paddleboarding (bring your own equipment), aqua-hiking, hiking, table tennis, soccer, pétanque, Mölkky, and other outdoor games...

Are there hiking trails starting from the campsite?

Yes, three short hiking trails start from the campsite. Longer hiking trails start from the village, 2 km away. The Ardèche Verte region boasts no fewer than 720 km of marked trails!

Is there good phone reception and Wi-Fi access?

The phone network works very well (antenna nearby), and you have access to free Wi-Fi at the campsite entrance (reception, restaurant, terrace), but not on the pitches or in the rentals.

Can I arrive at any time?

We recommend arriving between 3 pm and 6:30 pm. Arrivals after that time are possible, but please let us know by calling +33 4 75 06 74 49 so we can make arrangements with you!

Can I bring a large motorhome or caravan?

Our pitches are very spacious and therefore suitable for large vehicles. Only the 1.6 km road leading to the campsite is narrow and winding. For large motorhomes or caravans, we advise you to call us just before your arrival.

Can I choose my pitch?

Yes, in spring and September, no problem. During peak season, you can reserve your preferred pitch in advance, free of charge, subject to availability.

Do I need to bring my own cooking utensils?

No, all our rentals include the necessary dishes, so there's no need to bring anything!

I have a gift voucher. How do I book?

Do you have a Wonderbox, Smartbox, or Naturabox gift voucher and are we listed as a partner? Have your gift voucher code ready, choose your accommodation if several options are available, decide on one or more dates, and call us at +33 4 75 06 74 49! We'll certainly find the perfect holiday for you!

Is the campsite accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the restaurant and sanitary facilities are accessible. A pitch near the sanitary facilities is reserved for you. However, we do not offer accessible accommodation.

Can we have parties at the campsite?

Yes, the campsite is ideal for a small party or a get-together with family or friends, provided you respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors!

Do we need to clean at the end of our stay?

Yes, we provide clean and tidy accommodations and therefore ask that you leave them in the same condition. A broom, bucket, and mop are available in your accommodation. Please bring your own cleaning supplies.

18 Camping pitches :

• Arrival from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Departure for 12.00 noon. 
• Arrival / departure everyday. Overnight stay.
• 18 large pitches from 80 to 120 m2, half-shadowed to sunny places, in grassy ground, most with an electrical connection, 10 amps. Capacity of 6 people maximum per pitch. 
• Possibility to rent a small fridge (to rent, limited stock)
• A renovated toilett block, accessible to people with reduced mobility : shower cabins, sinks, WC, bathroom for people with reduced mobility, laundry and dishwashing tubes, baby bath - closed toilett cubicles and a closed baby bathroom.
• A pitch for people with reduced mobility (nr 37, closed to the sanitary block)
• Pets : 1 or 2 pets allowed (except dogs cat. 1 and 2 and new pets), sociable and kept on a leash - Your pet must never be left alone, in the accommodation or outside. 
• The recharging of electric vehicles on all sockets on the campsite is strictly prohibited ! (risk of fire and damage to your vehicle). Several charging stations are located in Saint-Félicien and Lamastre (parking downtown and at the supermarket Super U).

Our 27 unusual accomodations :

• Arrival from 3.00 pm to 6.30 pm. 
• Departure for 11.00 am, after the check-out.
• All our rentals have an equipped kitchen area 
• 9 accommodations are equipped with a bathroom : the Tree House, the Flower Cottage, both Finnish Kotas, the Enchanted Cabin, the Bohemian caravan, the Ranch Chalet, the Wigwam tent and a family Yurt. For all other accomodations, a toilet block with all the necessary amenities is available at the center of the campsite. To respect nature, no accomodation is equipped with television or air conditionning.
• Possibility to rend an auxiliary heating : 8€ / night. 
• 1 vehicle per pitch. Possibility for a second vehicle (added cost).
• Our animal friends (cats and dogs only) are allowed, vaccinated and kept on leash, in some rentals, added cost 4€ / pet / night.

• Deposit : a € 150 (including € 35 cleaning) deposit (or € 200 incl. € 70 € cleaning deposit for the accomodations with bathroom), will be requested and reimbursed after the check-out.
  
  
• Payment : a 30% deposit is required on booking + 35% 2 months before your arrival + the balance 1 month before.

• Tourist tax : € 0.50 / adult / night

• Eco-participation : € 0.40 / people / night, to finance part of the sustainable development actions carried out by the campsite (solar lighting, household waste, etc...)

• Minimum stay :
  • 1 night : in low season (15/04 - 09/07 and 31/08 - 12/09/2026), during the week, for the simple accomodations (without bathroom) 
  • 2 nights : in low season for the accomodations with bathroom and the lodges ; and during all the weekends for the simples accomodations 
  • 3 nights : during the Ardechoise week (cycling event) + the bank holiday weekends + during the mid season (10-24/07 and 22-30/08) for the simple accomodations
  • 4 nights : in high season (25/07 - 21/08) for the simple accomodations.
  • 7 nights : in high season (free arrival date) for the accomodations with bathroom and lodges.

Balance of stays

The balance is due for rentals and pitches, 30 days before your arrival, in full. If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the stay must be paid in full upon booking.

Cancellation

In the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the reserved dates, no refund will be made. In the event of cancellation, the sums paid remain the property of the campsite. Also, we recommend :

Too Wow !

Because we cannot conceive of a holiday without the whole family, in our campsite your four-legged friends are welcome ! By your arrival, a dog bar awaits your cat or dog at reception. We will propose you an excreta bag to make you aware of the proper maintenance of the premises. Your pet can then frolic in the river accessible all around the campsite. Would you like to wash it after a good swim in the Doux ? A dog-shower is available outside the sanitary block. On the spot, you can freely come with it to the campsite restaurant on the terrace.

Nestled at the gates of the Monts d’Ardèche Natural Park, this family and friendly haven of peace is based on the site of a former 19th century mill.

The postcard is picturesque ! The Viaduc is a flat and shaded area, bordered by the river, with 45 large pitches where 27 rental accomodations are scattered here and there, most of them unusual : atypical cabins and chalets, yurts, tepees, Finnish Kotas, Safari-lodges, Bohemian caravan, bubbles, Barrel, etc...

Nature is queen there : direct access to water when you get out of bed, a nap in the shade of large trees, a stroll with the sweet scent of acacias, punctuated by the song of birds and frogs in spring... The Viaduct is a wonderful garden for observing birds, insects, amphibians and fish. It is not uncommon to come across wildlife there which has its habits there !

In addition to swimming or no-kill fishing, cycling and hiking along the paths are king. The Viaduc is labeled Accueil Vélo.

The area includes two leisure fields with wooden games, trampolines, nest swing, pétanque, ping-pong, volleyball and badminton, football cage, descending slides on the beach and fitness equipment.

Some nature activities in high season, and for more conviviality with family or between campers, we provide you with beach or board games and numerous books.
